I am beyond disappointed with the service my mom received at this location. I purchased the Sweetgrass Deluxe Spa Package for her for Mother's Day, paying the full amount online in advance. Despite receiving a confirmation of the reservation, the staff treated her terribly, claiming that there was no reservation for her. I chose to receive the spa package (mini-facial, hot stone massage and foot scrub) and am so glad I did.
