Our firm retained Gary Boyd to handle a contractual dispute, and the service was extremely disappointing. Communication was consistently poor, very little progress was made, and the quality of the work was below expectations, with multiple grammar and punctuation errors in correspondence. We were billed substantial legal fees for a level of service we found completely unacceptable.
Have used the services of Michael Wong. Advice was always rock solid, and I consider this money well spent.
Communication was excellent until the retainer was paid. After payment, I experienced long delays, difficulty obtaining updates, and the urgent work discussed was not completed within the expected timeframe. Due to the lack of communication and urgency surrounding my matter, I chose to terminate the retainer.
