This is not about service since we didn't get that far. They let you book appt online. We booked and next day read small print that they would contact to confirm. They hadn't, so I called but no answer. When I called again (day of appt) got VM, left details asking for call back to confirm. VM message says open Mon-Fri and few hours on Sat. Tried calling again before appt time still no answer. Went in hopes, but door was locked. Knocked in case, but no one was there. Make sure you speak with someone directly for an appt.
