This company is a Huge disappointment! Derek filed our ( my daughter and myself) taxes for 2023 on February 25th. I have received my tax refund 3 weeks later, but my daughter hasn’t received hers. I tried to contact Derek to see what happened, he disappeared, no text no phone calls. Later he claimed he lost his phone. Today I contacted the IRS and found out that my daughter’s tax was just filed, 1 Month Later.
