Okay this company use to be really good. But now they are not if you miss your service you now have to pay $133 or tow it to get it serviced. Even though on its website it says free!!! They are now short staffed so to get anyone on the phone or help takes hours or days for a call back. There are no supervisors to help. low cost interlock seems great at first but once you join them its impossible to reach them. they have no option to speak to a customer service rep on the phone. recently their handset malfunctioned and completely disabled my car during a repair. i submitted an online emergency request to help after calling the service center. the service center said that my only option was to contact LCI, and this emergency request was the only way of contact i could find. well, it has been over a week and STILL no contact back from them…oh... read more
