My install went terrible. The shop itself was great that installed it. But they don’t have any connection to Low Cost Interlock besides installing them. The headache was the staffing at Low Cost. They sent the wrong info on the DL920 form that you turn into the DMV after it’s installed. They misspelt my name, wrong street address spelling and completely wrong city and zip code. I had the device for 3 days it locked me out of my car so I could have started overnight because and I haven't drank alcohol for two years it's the worst company and worst device I've ever had to deal with save yourself a lot of headache don't do it
