This company sucks. You can never get anyone on the phone. That's a real person. The unit will just go off randomly and violate you. I've had it give me a fail while I was at work not drinking and I got locked out. They do nothing about it. It's like it's not their problem. I've had to replace the unit twice and it this one still does not work well. I would not use this company. I've had the department of motor vehicles threatened to take my license twice because of misreads.

Very friendly. Fast installation. Explain to everything and make sure you are comfortable before you left.
It took all day and I couldn't go to the dmv. And now I don't know if I can get the license.
