For everyone who uses this service this company is voilating Minnesota state statute 171.306. All you have to do is take picture of the illegal GPS on the handheld and go to the department of vehicle services web page. Than upload the handheld clearly stating gps is enabled and submit it under the complaint link. The company is impossible to get ahold of, the handheld won't register tests at times while driving, won't honor state awards without complaints to the state and they are illegal using gps without a court order. Absolute worst customer service imaginable!! Do not use this company!!! It takes hours to get through to someone if you can even reach them at all. But they make sure you get a person right away to sign you up and get you paying for their service. These people should be forced out of business!!! I have my truck at a dealership for a major repair, which already costs me time and money, and on top of it they can't proceed until someone gives them override codes. Costing even more time. I really wish I could sue this company.
