Install was quick and prompt but the quality of the device is lacking. The device was faulty and got me stuck 1hr away from home and spent over an hour on phone with tech support only to be told just keep trying and it might work. And not to drive it if it started again(no brainer). Told they would get a replacement as quick as possible mean while I’m suppose to just wait. Did I mention I’m paying for this service but gonna have to miss work because QC is lacking.
