Just called up again. Car would not start again for 20mins. I was late to work again. 6th time in 2 weeks. I am going to get fired if you do not fix the issue. I had a work order and took my car to the shop on Friday December 8th, they replaced the cable. Still didn’t fix the issue and had issues on the weekend. Now someone is apparently going to call me back in business hours to give me another work order to replace the blocker. Don't ruin your life with this device. Virtually no costumer service and false positive tests will cost you your time and a fortune in paying for extra months due to violations. This device has caused so much stress and since the costumer service is no help this device is a one way ticket to hell. They claim due to covid 19 there is limited staff but it's just an excuse for them to not help you and keep taking your money. Save yourself from this I wish someone gave me this advice before I committed to this.
