Worst customer service on the market. They give you the runaround about EVERYTHING and require a waiting time of an hour minimal each phone call. They WONT transfer you to a manager to get your issue resolved should you have any unresolved concerns. After six months of being overdue on device removal I am completely fed up with this company.
