Wouldn’t wish this company on my worst enemy! STAY AWAY FROM LCI! This company is horrible! Low cost = expensive long term. I’ve had to ditch my car or get is towed, had my time extended because the device had issues! they try to charge you to get the device inspected ? Yet you pay for monthly insurance if you opt in so doesn’t make sense! To change companies I have to pay $275 to get the device removed. The device turns on at night when I’m not even in the car. All customer support is overseas.
