No stars. Unspeakably upset. What was supposed to be a 3-4hr install has been nine days of calling, waiting on hold, and still not having any resolution. Service center can't reach them, they don't even want to work with them anymore. I can't even get the device uninstalled after trying all week to get it installed successfully because I can't reach anyone to send over the work order for it to be done legally, even though after two days of calling I was able to get someone on the phone.
