ZERO STARS...to be honest, I am not sure how Low Cost Interlock is still in business. For starters, I have been hung up on more times than I can count. Most recently, I was put on hold for 30 minutes, and instead of coming back to the call I was forced to go through the entire process again, just to be put on hold for another 30 minutes. Meanwhile, my device has locked me out, so I was forced to sit in 103 degree weather in a dead car. The agent, Lori, is wildly rude and inappropriate.
