Rating at 1 star because of their customer service. "Due to staffing shortages" you can only talk to a person if you tell claim to be a new customer or having a billing problem. They are also rude & condescending, but threaten to end the call if you try stand up. Lastly, when they neglect to be clear about the removal process they force you to pay for the extra time they cause. Would never recommend this company.
