I had to reschedule my appointment with Audio Solutions at the last minute because they had no idea I had an appointment with them when I showed up, and they were too busy to help me even though I had an appt at least 2 weeks in advance. Fortunately, they asked me to come back 4 hours later when they were not so busy. It seems Lowcost interlock didn't tell them about me or my appointment. Once the device is installed, they stop all that wonderful customer service and hardly ever answer the phone. DO NOT GO HERE.
Ryan, the technician that installed the device is awesome! He was patient and could answer the questions that I had. I wish I knew more about how this device works though. I was never sent the instructional email and I am forced to figure it out myself. I’ve tried to call the 800 number a few times, but never reached an agent. Today is day 1. I am fearful that this is going to be a huge pain in the ass (supposed to be I guess) and there is no tech support. Wish me luck.
My device keeps telling me I failed. I just got it installed a few hours ago.
