Horrible customer service! The machines produce falsefailed samples. They never answer their phones and leave you stranded when their machines fail to work properly. I have been stuck at an installation center for more than an hour with a child.
You could ride a tricycle around the world 3 times before someone answers the phone at this company. The outsourced company that put the interlock in was 5 star. The device is easy to use. Just hope that in the time you have this device in your car you NEVER need to talk to someone because they NEVER answer.
The guys that installed my device at extreme sound are wonderful an very helpful very respectful. Now on the other hand the main company “LOW COST INTERLOCK” is a poor excuse for a company. I would not suggest thinking twice about going throu them they are a joke. I’ve had my device for 7 months an it’s gave me problems the whole 7 months. I was charged more than 2 times the original cost for installation today. When I called to address the issue I was on hold for more than 22 minutes before I finally hung up. Original feelings were that this was a great company to work with. After being overcharged and zero customer service in addressing the excessive fees I have changed my mind.
