It was expensive
Horrible customer service! The machines produce falsefailed samples. They never answer their phones and leave you stranded when their machines fail to work properly. I have been stuck at an installation center for more than an hour with a child.
You could ride a tricycle around the world 3 times before someone answers the phone at this company. The outsourced company that put the interlock in was 5 star. The device is easy to use. Just hope that in the time you have this device in your car you NEVER need to talk to someone because they NEVER answer.
