Be very careful with these guys!! They are not good at all. Pay the extra hundred dollars and deal with a proper company. If you dig a bit deeper, you'll see they've shut down and set up a bunch of companies and had numerous names over the years. Avoid.
Avoid at all cost. Have been trying to reach out the team under a different business name (Conveyancing Victoria Melbourne) that they operate and found the couple are running same business under multiple names (Low Cost Conveyancing Services). Kim is quite rude over the phone and delayed my sale settlement without any reasons and ended by settling my property at 5PM and my purchase settlement got delayed to the next day and ended up getting a default notice. Donot ignore the other reviews and make your decision wisely.
The worst company I have ever encountered. See the other negative reviews any positive reviews are clearly paid for! On e your on oats they are rude, arrogant, and will charge you extra charges, dodgey and unethical. They need to be reported and removed from doing business. Stay away at all costs
