On Tuesday May 12 at 5pm, I went to lovisa at the Hilcrest mall location. My son had bought me a bracelet for Mother’s Day, and I noticed that the sizing wasn’t very comfortable. So I went with the receipt to exchange the bracelet for something else. I hadn’t noticed the tag wasn’t there but the receipt clearly shows the two are associated. Had a wonderful experience getting my ears pierced at Lovisa Bankstown! Merekara was professional, hygienic, and made me feel very comfortable. The sales assistant at Louisa Knox Westfield is excellent. Every time I visit your store( as a disabled stroke survivor) this young lady is extremely helpful, courteous and looks for suitable items for me. I visited your store again today 3.10.25.
No policy is explained when getting ears pierced took my money and never got my daughters ears pierced as she was too unsettled asked for money back and not to worry about it as she was too upset. They said no to my money back so I've paid for a service I never received
