The ladies today at Lovisa Lakeside are such a disgrace, rude, impertinent and lack of good behaviour in general, not just a customer management. Sale stickers are wrong and if I wasn’t paying attention of my total I will pay full price on sale items, the refund was made in such a manner I’ll never come and buy, you ask for so many personal details including my phone number for a refund, which is a totally abusive policy. Bad customer service never buy from Lovisa again! Disgusted

Rip off! Selling tragus piercings that are so tiny that you cant even put them in. Paid £17 for a set of flat back studs that I cant use!!! How is someone supposed to physically put this in their ear??

Honestly it's overpriced like Claires and the quality isn't good either, and the fact that your peircings aren't don't properly no one there is licensed to do thoes. Peircings are to be done with needles NOT A gun. Do NOT get peircings here. Also why is the store never open, I feel like out of the 7 days a week it's shut for 2 or 3 of them. You're clearly understaffed especially when there is only ever one person in at one time.

I made a card payment and immediately the staff member shoved a keyboard at me before I could take my card from the card reader and asked me to put my email address in for my receipt. Having a lot of shopping bags I spotted that my email was wrong but she told me to leave it and she would fix it. I ended up forgetting my card in the card reader because of the staff distraction and realised after I left the store and had to go back. Also I did not get my email receipt. Only one staff member in the store at the time who was on her phone leaning over the till during my entire time in the store. For a store with no security tags or barrier surely the staff should pay more attention especially if the items for sale are small items like rings for example. Only time the staff member noticed me was when I was standing in front of her waiting to pay. Had to wait until she was done on her phone. Awful service I won’t bother coming in next time.
