I asked for help from two women standing in the middle of the store and was met with standoffish behavior and passive aggressive answers. They were not helpful nor kind. Their customer service was non existent and the women were extremely rude. I will never spend another dime at this store again. Do not come to this Lovisa location in Valley Fair.
The store manager JJ was so wonderful! My daughter and I got our ears pierced. The whole process was quick and very reasonably priced. Our ears are healing quick! JJ is a piercing pro! Thank you!
Was there yesterday almost closing time, the employee is very respectful and nice, it was them, i appreciate their hard and dedication, keep it up, your hard work didn't go unnoticed, got silver spiral ring
The jewelry did not fit at all, they did not let us return nor exchange items. Staff were not helpful at all.
