I have never written a review for a store so this was a really bad experience for me to even write one. Asked for help when buying ear rings with my mother, no help received. Employee was sitting on the floor ignoring us. After we paid, I didn't receive a receipt even though I wanted one and was told I'd have to wait for a day to receive the receipt via email. My boyfriend went in to return a necklace but he never received an email receipt despite waiting a couple of days. We checked the spam folder, the trash folder, all possible emails and never received it. We did however receive a promotional email, and when we mentioned this some coworker we weren’t talking to gave us attitude saying “you definitely received the email there’s no way you didn’t”.
