I bought some earings at the Hervey Bay store and couldnt click them in place. There were 2 girls working and one of them Mariah was so helpful and ready to help me get them on and clicked in. She took the time patiently and made me feel really comfortable and I'm so greatful for retail staff that go anove and beyond for their customers with no second thought. It's this kind of staff and experience that will keep customers coming back. ❤️
After being told it was ok for my almost 16 year old daughter to get her nose pierced if a parent was supervising, I travelled 45 mins to the Urungan store in the Hervey Bay Shopping Centre.
