They were completely wonderful , I called as soon as they opened and they were able to fit me into their delivery for the same day which was amazing!!
Anytime our family needs furniture, we go to Lovins. Not only is their selection great, their prices are too! You can’t beat the customer service from a generational family and delivery is reasonable and great!!
I’m very happy with the recliner chair and side table I purchased. The delivery men were very nice and took care not to mark up the walls going upstairs. They even took the old chairs out for me which I greatly appreciated. I will definately do business with Lovins again in the future. Great service!

In store staff was very nice. Showed us the selection of what we were looking for and answered our questions without being pushy or intrusive. Delivery was right on time and they were also very careful and willing to show me how to remove back seats for easier cleaning. Will definitely return for any future home decor needs. Note: Towels were added for protection until cover ordered separately arrive.
