Loving heart care home provided my mother with a safe place to live. She lived there for eight months, recovering from hip surgery, and suffering from dementia. The caretakers were very loving, fun, and accommodating to our visiting schedule, especially when she was in hospice. The communication was wonderful, and Elvie, the owner would text me personally about any concerns with my mom. I would highly recommend Loving Heart Care Home!
I love this place. It's like a second home to me.
Staff have made rude remarks regarding my grandparents cognitive difficulties thinking they don't understand or can't hear them. Several belongings have gone missing from my grandparent's room. We're told it was our fault for not filling out a log and getting it signed by staff but that doesn't change the fact the clothing is still missing. After staff asked us to bring comfort foods from home for my grandparent, the staff left the food (that required refrigeration) in their clothing closet for several weeks.
