The driver came to my house, sat in front of my house for an hour in the vehicle. Got out and asked me for someone who used to live here but now lives in a nursing home. I told them where they lived and they said they can’t go there. They’re canceling the trip. As I was talking to him, he just drove off on me. Something about this company just doesn’t seem right. The Man was extremely rude and I can’t get through to the company on the phone.

Don't ever ride with this company. They will abandon you wherever your appointment is. If it's after 4 o'clock, they came an hour late for my appointment and then told me to hurry to help them get home faster. And then when I came out after rushing my appointment to get to them. They abandoned me and left me and never came back for me. And never answered the phone for me again.
