Great store. Every time I'm there I have at least 4 or 5 people ask me if I need anything. Just recently we bought a full set of appliances and the saved us alms 1k over h h gregg.
Best Buy has a good rewards program but their customer service seriously lacks. Associates aren't familiar with products. Don't buy a protection plan because you will find out that it is somehow not covered by the warranty.
