Trying to call this location is a bad idea. I've called several times and have been hung up on (without any interaction with someone.) I believe they have to work on their customer appreciation outside the store (phone calls); though everyone in the store is very knowledgeable about many products and are very helpful when assistance is needed.

Best Buy has a good rewards program but their customer service seriously lacks. Associates aren't familiar with products. Don't buy a protection plan because you will find out that it is somehow not covered by the warranty.
