Alexis was great! She helped me design my module gaming chair w/ four-speaker surround, subwoofer, and two power hubs all built into the chair. It also has a pretty meaty front soundbar. Then she and the manager, Regina, added all of the promos and discounts that applied (they were all very nice, there). I got a good deal! Still a little pricy, but there's lifetime warranties on almost everything, so it'll definitely be the last gaming chair I'll have to buy. I can't wait to get it!!
