15/10 would go to this location again. We were helped by Karmen and had nothing but an amazing experience. She took her time with us and even went the extra mile to take apart several pieces, even removing the washable covers to really go in depth with how everything would piece together. As a shopper I can ask a lot of questions and not once did she come across annoyed. She really made the experience one that I enjoyed. From fabric to couch feet - she knew all the things! Karmen was wonderful in the beginning while trying to sell me on a couch. It’s been a few weeks and she called and spoke to me very unprofessional because I kept her samples “too long” while trying to decide on which color I wanted. If I was going to spend $15k on a couch I wanted to make sure I had enough time to decide on which color would work best. The way she spoke to me I would never purchase anything from this store. She treated me awful!!!
