I have ALWAYS wanted a Lovesac. When they opened the store in Milford, I knew it was time for me to finally make the purchase. From the moment I walked into the store, Amy was amazing. We got a quote and she made a point to follow up with us (not annoyingly) to let us know when promotions were happening, including when I could use the best promo they offer in conjunction with the heroes discount, which we were eligible for. Amy was amazing! Her knowledge of the products was impressive! She took the time to help me design the perfect setup for my space. Amy’s communication was excellent ! She was patient, answered all my questions promptly and provided creative solutions to make everything fit my budget and style.
