My wife and I were shopping for new great room furniture and had heard great things about Lovesac. After some online research, we visited the store to check things out in person. I thoroughly enjoyed the lovesack partridge creek experience with Darnell and Julian, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful. No pressure!! Delivery timing fits are schedule. Excited for the delivery to put it altogether.
Finding a sectional or any furniture that complements your home decor can be quite challenging. However, Darnell and Julian made the process easy and pressure-free. I'm very grateful to both of them and can't wait for my sectional to be delivered!
Their salary isn't commission-based. Employees weren't fighting to try to get the sale. I went in with my whole family and my oldest's friends (7 of us total- 😅😅). My kids were all over the place (and this is a SMALL store) and they were patient and kind. Wished I could've remembered my salesman's name, but he was the best. My wife and I had a great experience at love sac today. The sales team is nice and not pushy at all. We felt very relaxed and we had some good laughs with Darnell and I think we may end up in a training video on how to properly pick up a cushion😉.
