The buying process was awesome. The delivery was awful. I was given a 4 hour window and they left it in the middle of my driveway without ringing the doorbell. Left the receipt under the box. The store said there is nothing that can be done. It’s disappointing and no matter how great this couch is It’ll be the last love sac we buy.
Its ok. They have a few samples of couches/ love sacs to try out. Staff are very attentive and friendly but store is very small.
Cristhian was OUTSTANDING! They went above & beyond helping to customize our sectional to our dimensions - also ensuring to show us every feature & moving different cushion types around the show room to advise just how customizable it was. We had been looking into the couches online for several months, but were hesitant to purchase without physically testing/seeing them. Great Customer Service! My husband and I have had a small Love Sac Sactional for about 5 years. We recently moved and wanted to add a few pieces to make a bigger sectional.
