Its ok. They have a few samples of couches/ love sacs to try out. Staff are very attentive and friendly but store is very small.

They went above & beyond helping to customize our sectional to our dimensions - also ensuring to show us every feature & moving different cushion types around the show room to advise just how customizable it was. Great Customer Service! My husband and I have had a small Love Sac Sactional for about 5 years. We recently moved and wanted to add a few pieces to make a bigger sectional.
