Tavares was incredibly helpful, very friendly, super knowledgeable about all the deals and products and most importantly, VERY PATIENT while my husband and I perused around for our new sofa! Just went to lovesac to purchase a set of sofa. And we feel lucky to meet their salesperson Jimmy. Jimmy made the whole buying experience so easy and smooth. He was well-trained, knowledgeable, super friendly and very professional. The environment was clean and bright, and the sofa displays is simple yet smart for customers like me to understand all the functionality and creativity of lovesac designs. we went on a sunday wanting to test some couches out and the salesperson there was amazing; answered all our questions and initiated a lot of nice suggestions given what we have already talked about and was so friendly. definitely sold us on the brand and definitely will be back to buy.
