Tavares was incredibly helpful, very friendly, super knowledgeable about all the deals and products and most importantly, VERY PATIENT while my husband and I perused around for our new sofa! He let us take our time in deciding if we wanted any extra features, we never felt any pressure AND he let me play with the couch blocks while my husband mulled over wanting a recliner or not!
