Lovesac Corporate is actively fulfilling warranties on $10,000 premium couches with heavily scratched, scavenged floor models. After a known 3mm manufacturing deviation compounded into a 3.1 cm structural gap on our new couch, Corporate ghosted us for 8 days. On the exact eve our 60-day return window expired, a Senior Specialist admitted in writing that Lovesac explicitly "authorized" shipping used floor models to patch our brand new couch and that they know "manufacturing variations can occur". I do not own a Lovesac, and after seeing this, I never will. When the male CEO tells a customer that his wife will be “horny” if he puts the Lovesac together, I find that comment demeaning, distasteful, and deeply disrespectful to women. It reduces women to a sexual punchline and is completely inappropriate coming from the leader of a company. I encourage Lovesac to take a serious look at its customers and consider how many of them are women. Comments like this do not make women feel valued or respected as customers. Leaders... read more
