I do not own a Lovesac, and after seeing this, I never will. When the male CEO tells a customer that his wife will be “horny” if he puts the Lovesac together, I find that comment demeaning, distasteful, and deeply disrespectful to women. It reduces women to a sexual punchline and is completely inappropriate coming from the leader of a company. Lovesac is absolutely the WORST company I have tried to do business with in a long time. Would have been better off to have bought a blowup couch...

I went to the Atlantic St store on a recent Saturday afternoon to look at what they had. I could not find a way in. The door on the south side was covered over and had no sign on it. The entrance on Atlantic is behind a locked gate. The door on the north side was also locked. No signs on the outside. No labeled entrances. Now that I'm reading the poor reviews, I feel lucky that I couldn't get inside.
