The product and company need work. The covers on the seat cushions are constantly moving so I have to adjust them every couple of weeks. Also, the seat cushions don't stay in place so I have to adjust those at least once per day, typically multiple times. In addition, their employees will tell you that you need something specific that in no way works the way they say it will and when you try to exchange it for something you can use, the company throws a fit. We received the charcoal corded velvet sactional covers as a recommended replacement for our gray covers (denim) that were recalled a few years ago. These corded velvet covers are relatively new and not holding up at all. They are grossly fading and wrinkling. They went from a nice dark gray to an elephant gray with white lines in the wrinkles. We had a great experience with the staff at the Lovesac store—they were absolutely fantastic, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the purchasing process. Our furniture was delivered on time, and everything went smoothly. We were so happy with our purchase that we brought friends over to show them the couch, knowing they’d love it as much as we do since we have similar tastes.
