Great sales team, not-so-great product. We wanted a permanent solution to fitting a sofa in our space and reconfiguring it, so we sprang for the Lovesac. A key element in our decision-making was the litany of promises we were made by the staff in the store: Easy to clean, durable pet-appropriate fabric, and built-in audio for movies. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I first saw Megan in a local big box store. I appreciate that she was not just trying to sell me furniture, she gave me information to make an informed decision for my investment. When visiting the Lovesac store, at no point did I feel rushed to make a decision. I had multiple questions about warranties, discounts and ways to arrange the pieces I was considering purchasing.
