Allie, Jess and Kaley were FANTASTIC! They were helpful, professional and fun! Allie asked great questions in order to get to know us and the space we were looking to put our couch. She was able to provide great suggestions and show us examples of different fabric on couches throughout the store and through photos. We are so happy we stopped in today!
Horrific customer service on phone. Store employee hung up the phone on me as I was trying to prove information on our product issue. You’re better off buying directly online vs. in store. She wouldn’t share her name and blamed everything on the prior days staff.
Ally has been wonderful to work with as we customized multiple LoveSac couches/recliners for our current theatre basement project! We are so excited to see it all come together & Ally has been just as excited for us. You can tell she truly loves her job & is passionate about helping people design something they love! Incredibly disappointed. For several reasons, this experience has been unacceptable: 1. I feel disrespected and misled by the Ridgedale team. I was told my couch had to be shipped immediately, which resulted in it being sent to my former apartment instead of my new one. Given that there are no cancellation fees, basic customer service would have been to recommend canceling and reordering to align with my move timeline. That option was never offered. 2.
