Incredibly disappointed. For several reasons, this experience has been unacceptable: 1. I feel disrespected and misled by the Ridgedale team. I was told my couch had to be shipped immediately, which resulted in it being sent to my former apartment instead of my new one. Given that there are no cancellation fees, basic customer service would have been to recommend canceling and reordering to align with my move timeline. That option was never offered. 2. We went shopping at the mall for Black Friday and while we were thinking of looking at couches, Lovesac was not on our radar at all. We decided to check it out since we walked by the store. We were blown away with the customer service and overall quality and options they offered. We decided to check out a couple others places but after one day knew we wanted the Lovesac couch. Staff were super helpful and knowledgeable. Ready to help us and explain how it all worked and what the options where. I appreciated that they gave us space as well and everything way low pressure. Didn't feel salesy
I remember as a teen looking for a chair, I sat on one and they kicked me out at moa. Apparently teens loitering is an issue, well I bought a gaming chair instead.
