The couch itself is great. Very comfortable. But the Stealth Tech technology has been an absolute nightmare! It never works. Even with multiple customer service calls and multiple devices replaced by stealth tech, I still cannot consistently get the technology to work properly in this couch. I recommend buying the couch, but DO NOT upgrade to the stealth Tech surround sound! Waste of money in my opinion. Very unhappy with stealth tech
What a pleasant experience from the second we walked in the door! Stephanie couldn't have been more helpful, any questions we had, and we had a lot! We had no intention of actually buying a couch today but after Stephanie's knowledge and just seeing what a superior product a LoveSac couch is we had no other choice but to buy. The price is a lot higher then a normal couch but this for us is an investment and most likely the last couch we will have to buy. I look forward to getting the couch and trying it out!
