THE WORST! YOU BREAK YOUR BACK PUTTING TOGETHER A VERY EXPENSIVE COUCH!! 6 hours, 2 people and then you have a mountain of boxes to still get rid of!! BEWARE you physically get 17 huge boxes delivered, rip your fingers and nails opening them, wrestling the huge items of the boxes, putting fabric on EVERY.SINGLE.PIECE of the couch, trying to move and lift these heavy pieces!! Also, Part of my order was not delivered (bc sales person never ordered Evesham,NJ location) and then I was expected to pay for one of the items!!
As someone who has been in customer service for years, this is one of the best experiences I’ve ever received in another retail store. The moment we walked in each sale associates was so helpful. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable . My partner and I walked in pretty blind when it came to understanding love sac as a company and the pieces you sell. The couch itself is great. Very comfortable. But the Stealth Tech technology has been an absolute nightmare! It never works. Even with multiple customer service calls and multiple devices replaced by stealth tech, I still cannot consistently get the technology to work properly in this couch. I recommend buying the couch, but DO NOT upgrade to the stealth Tech surround sound! Waste of money in my opinion. Very unhappy with stealth tech
