What a pleasant experience from the second we walked in the door! Stephanie couldn't have been more helpful, any questions we had, and we had a lot! We had no intention of actually buying a couch today but after Stephanie's knowledge and just seeing what a superior product a LoveSac couch is we had no other choice but to buy. Spent over $7000 on the couch, and they are not comfortable at all. I tried to return, but I am 66 days in. The showroom couch does not feel the same as what you get.
