Tarah and the Geneva store staff were absolutely fantastic. They took the time to explain every detail of the products and answered any questions I had. They even showed a million different styles using the in store blocks! So excited thank you everyone, fantastic service!
Tarah was a tremendous amount of help. Bought a new couch and she has been a great help from the time the adventure started. A few trips later, a purchase has been made. Tarah was good about explaining everything and different options. The couches offer so many set up options, I can’t wait for it. Being able to rearrange the couch for different set ups will be so nice.

The sales team here is so great at their job they they will deceptively fail explain that the 60-day home trial excludes all of your covers if you order custom (which is half the price of the couch and standard covers aren’t included with purchase either). They will make you sign paperwork saying you understand the covers are custom and cannot be returned or exchanged but will not clarify that that includes if you take advantage of the 60 day home trial.
