Great experience. We visited, tried out different options in the showroom, and left with a quote. Then we came back later that day and after finalizing our preferences, we bought a couch! Exciting! Having the wooden blocks to choose a layout and see possibilities was really great.
Donna was amazing and knowledgeable. She helped me with the missing piece on the sactional and ordered the product to deliver it to my home. I would recommend visiting to this store if you’re looking for any furniture with great customer service.
*Update*had to lower my rating due to issue with cup holders and condition with them in less than a year chipping and lifting and already breaking down. A real bummer, LoveSac will not replace them. They look like wood but they are not or I bought the wrong kind I'm not sure. When you spend this much money you get bummed out and you say "why can't I have nice things?"
