The Fort Worth University location is absolutely amazing. Elizabeth stayed late and helped me order a new piece I needed for our new layout. She took my call close to closing hours. I am out of state. She found my account matched our color, got everything ordered and sent me an invoice. After hours. Such amazing customer service!
Anna at the Alliance location was wonderful to work with. She had an excellent knowledge of the product and had many wonderful suggestions. We appreciated all the time she spent helping make decisions on building the perfect Lovesac for us!
Great staff- Fort worth location. Not Euless location
Staff was super helpful and followed up with me when couch arrived! My only complaint is that love sac in general should offer white glove delivery and assembly. This couch was tough to put together. That is why I’m giving 3 stars.
