Don’t waste your money, they sent us the wrong color on our 10,000 couches then wanted more money to get us the right color. Now they all need to be boxed up and shipped back since we are returning them. The assembly is an absolute pain I would never take the covers off to wash as they are a hassle to even get on. For the money the customer service should be better. We had hoped these where great as we need downstairs sofas and for other properties and this is definitely not a purchase we would make again at this point.

We went to 3 Lovesac stores before settling on the Kenwood location to make our third Lovesac purchase. We chose that location because of the manager, Megan. I needed someone who could answer my 100 questions and she didn’t miss a beat.
