My husband and I had a great experience with the purchase of our Sactional. We worked specifically with Jordan, and she was absolutely amazing. She was helpful, knowledgeable, and very friendly. If you want to purchase a Lovesac product and are in the DC area, check out this location; you won't be disappointed.
The front lady was very rude and she ask me and my friends to leave immediately. Couch was comfy tho.
The friendly employee that helped us was very knowledgeable regarding the available options (fabric, firmness, layout) and walked us through the purchase, making sure we got all discounts we were eligible for. Thank you!
The staff here are amazing. My partner and I came in knowing what we wanted, we just wanted to sit on the cushions to choose between the standard and premium stuffing. The staff did not try to up-sell us and listened. They helped us move around the floor room samples to test out different configurations.
