The front lady was very rude and she ask me and my friends to leave immediately. Couch was comfy tho.
The friendly employee that helped us was very knowledgeable regarding the available options (fabric, firmness, layout) and walked us through the purchase, making sure we got all discounts we were eligible for. Thank you!
The staff here are amazing. My partner and I came in knowing what we wanted, we just wanted to sit on the cushions to choose between the standard and premium stuffing. The staff did not try to up-sell us and listened. They helped us move around the floor room samples to test out different configurations. They also were patient when my partner and I needed to step out to talk privately about financing. Standing in front of the the closed store at 8:30pm on 7/9/24. When the hours are listed on their website, Google, and mall directory as closing at 9 PM, when the mall closes. Wasted my time and gas. Who knows how early the employees left?! Or just correct your hours. I wouldn’t recommend this brand if you value your time and money because they don’t.
