The staff here are amazing. My partner and I came in knowing what we wanted, we just wanted to sit on the cushions to choose between the standard and premium stuffing. The staff did not try to up-sell us and listened. They helped us move around the floor room samples to test out different configurations. Standing in front of the the closed store at 8:30pm on 7/9/24. When the hours are listed on their website, Google, and mall directory as closing at 9 PM, when the mall closes. Wasted my time and gas. Who knows how early the employees left?! Or just correct your hours. I wouldn’t recommend this brand if you value your time and money because they don’t.
The staff here is great! Rebekah, Hannah, Natalie, Alexis and even the twins Abi and Rosa all helped me with any questions I had when getting my couch ordered. I enjoyed every second and walked away feeling good about my purchase, especially the storage seat that Sarah helped me get. It's a great addition while moving and my dog likes to sit inside it too! (Without the lid on of course)
The ladies at the pentagon lovesac( Hannah and Alexis)were very helpful and knowledgeable. They helped us make the decision on which sac and sactional to purchase. They showed as the different kinds so we able to decide what we wanted. So far we are happy with our purchase.
