The Sactional ultimately wasn't the right fit for us, but I just can't say enough nice things about the quality and the service. The pieces are well designed and exceptionally high quality. Michelle and the team at the Old Orchard store provided the best customer service I've experienced.
Honestly for 7k I wish I loved it. The delivery and set up was awful. As a solo person it was very heavy and difficult to carry pieces into my place and took 12 hours to put together. Then they had sent a wrong piece which I had to box back up and send via fed ex. Guess what? the replacement piece was also wrong. So again it’s back in the box and wait for the right piece. Not sure when this will finally be done. This has made it difficult to enjoy. Also I purchased the upgraded diamond cover -don’t do it -slippery as ice. Bl... read more

Nice store! They have very comfortable furniture. Don't be put off with the shipment of your items. I purchased the big sac with a corduroy cover. It comes shipped flat and you have to fluff up the foam yourself and stuff the sac furniture piece. It's high density foam so it'll last you a very long time.
