I purchased a LoveSac Sactional on August 10th. The full product arrived quickly. However, the wooden legs on several pieces were poorly made and the metal dowell simply came out of the leg while inserting the leg into the sactional piece. I called and asked for replacement items on Auguts 15th. They approved the order. They hadn't shipped by Sep 11th and I called back.
