I walked into the store interested in purchasing a leather lovesac, and left with a bad taste in my mouth. I asked a store associate if I could look at their leather samples and she replies with “they’re expensive.” She proceeded to hand me the color samples and then yap with the other associate offering 0 help. I took my business to Pottery Barn and purchased a new leather couch.
I was never greeted. The two ladies working made me feel bad for walking in. Almost like I was a burden on them for entering. The woman in the brown handkerchief couldn’t have been any ruder, I’d be so embarrassed if I owned this store and she worked there.
Jerrica went about and beyond getting a warranty claim for my couch and helping me transfer my dads that we inherited into our name for future purposes. She needs a raise!! She was working the store floor by herself, and was able to get my issue resolved. Amazing staff member.
Jerrica was absolutely amazing. She truly cares about the customer experience and went to endless lengths to make sure we were taken care of. I don’t think we would’ve gone with LoveSac if it weren’t for her making it such a seamless experience. The customer service didn’t just stop at the store, she made sure we were taking care of from delivery, to set up, to install. Jerrica is awesome!
