I spent $12,000 on a LoveSac couch in August with an estimated delivery time of 8–10 weeks. What followed was months of delays, mistakes, and a complete lack of accountability from customer service. We a had a wonderful experience buying our Lovesac Sactional here. Sam, our salesperson was extremely helpful throughout the whole process, answering any and all questions with knowledge and experience that showed. We didn't feel pressured at any point, and in fact it felt like Sam was genuinely invested in helping us build the right setup for our space.
