Good product. Support absolutely sucks. Order arrived and one of the boxes was missing pieces. Tried to chat with support. Couldn't start a chat. Tried to email support. It has been a week and no response. Tried to call and nobody answers the phone. Hours listed on the website say support is available until 7PM EST, but support is MIA. Was finally able to get in touch wtih support. The person was nice and did send out the needed parts. Raising the review as support did make things right.
