We purchased our couch at the end of 2024. This was our first time purchasing from LOVEsac. The store manager Selena assisted us and configured the layout and we purchased that day. When the couch was delivered and we put it together the back couch pillows were too crowed I contacted customer service and the said once the pillows get broken in they will fit together nicely. Good product. Support absolutely sucks. Order arrived and one of the boxes was missing pieces. Tried to chat with support. Couldn't start a chat. Tried to email support. It has been a week and no response. Tried to call and nobody answers the phone. Hours listed on the website say support is available until 7PM EST, but support is MIA. Was finally able to get in touch wtih support. The person was nice and did send out the needed parts. Raising the review as support did make things right.
