This was our first purchase at Lovesac, and we dont have our sectional yet, but the sales expeience was top notch. We bought in May when company came to display at Costco . Set up was not easy at all They are not comfortable either. I miss my old IKeA couch to bed which was much cheaper Not worth the cost . I cannot return as it’s too late otherwise I would do it now
