Quality of the couch is amazing! Love how we can wash the covers. However, moving it around is a PAIN. We got a new rug and had to undo the couch to move it bc it’s too heavy to push and due to the slabs on the bottom.
I have made purchases twice from this store and have had great customer service both times. They are very transparent on pricing and flexible on shipping. Excellent place to shop!

Lovesac in Polaris was great! Extremely busy due to the sale over the 4th of July weekend, but Michael was patient with us & answered all our questions. Can’t wait to get the new furniture.
