I spent $12,000 on a LoveSac couch in August with an estimated delivery time of 8–10 weeks. What followed was months of delays, mistakes, and a complete lack of accountability from customer service. We would like to give a five star review for the Love Sac store in the Pheasant Lane Mall in Nashua, NH.. The customer service was exceptional! Sam April, a brilliant college student, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, without putting pressure on us. She spent a great deal of time, patiently answering all of our questions. Sam showed us several furniture arrangements, and went through the wide selection of quality fabrics and colors available.
