Great service in the store- But once the order was placed and $6k+ was charged to my credit card, There is no customer service. The store phone number is not in service, the rep phone number is disconnected. Very frustrating. Waiting over 3 weeks for info on delivery. The only way to communicate is voa email, then "wait" for a reply. So far, I am really disappointed. *This better be one hell of a couch.
I live in MI and the closest Lovesac store to my house is 3 hours away. I happened to be in town here for a business trip and stopped at this Lovesac store to see some fabric types in person to replace my existing sectional covers. I was helped by Gray (Grey?) who was amazingly informative and spent a ton of time with me answering the questions I had about the different fabrics and their durability.
